ASETIVA Modules
One application for the entire asset lifecycle
From acquisition and daily use to maintenance, transfer and depreciation. Every module is connected, so each asset's history is always complete.
Calibration
Manage calibration schedules and certificates without spreadsheets. Automatic reminders go out via WhatsApp and email before the due date, so no device slips past its calibration.
Inspection
Build inspection checklist templates per equipment type, schedule them periodically and receive reminders. Results are stored with photos and digital signatures.
Maintenance
Both scheduled (preventive) and urgent (cito) maintenance. Monitor technician workload, spare parts and maintenance cost per asset.
Repairs
Users scan the QR code and describe the problem, and a repair request is created instantly. When the job is done, the technician scans the QR code again and the repair form fills itself in.
Transfers
Record asset movements, temporary (lending between units) or permanent, with OTP-based approval so asset locations are always accurate.
Asset Tracking
Building locations carry latitude & longitude coordinates for easy export to the SATUSEHAT location module and your HIS. RFID and GPS tracking are also available.

What is an asset management system?
An asset management system is software for recording, tracking, maintaining and valuing assets throughout their lifecycle. ASETIVA combines the asset register, calibration, inspection, maintenance, repairs and transfers in one platform.
How is a fixed asset system different from a simple inventory?
A fixed asset system manages long-term assets together with acquisition value, depreciation and book value. ASETIVA calculates depreciation automatically and integrates with accounting.
Is ASETIVA compatible with ASPAK and SIMAK?
Yes. Medical equipment data in ASETIVA is structured to be compatible with the Ministry of Health's ASPAK and with SIMAK BMN, which speeds up facility and equipment reporting.
Can it connect to SAMRS, SIMRS and SATUSEHAT?
Yes. Buildings and rooms carry latitude and longitude, so they export easily to the SATUSEHAT location module and hospital information systems (SAMRS/SIMRS).
How are assets tracked?
